Once the design has been approved the manufacturing stage can begin. A full working drawing and component drawings are produced for the workshop.
Raw materials are brought in ranging from traditional hardwoods such as oak, walnut, cherry and maple to exotic timbers and specialist veneers.
All doors, frames and other components for each design are manufactured in our workshop by highly experienced craftsmen using a combination of hand skills and traditional woodworking machinery.
The client is always welcome to visit our workshop at any stage of this manufacturing process.
